A Fantastically Comfortable Stay with Really good Service
My family stayed in a spacious Beautiful Triple Room that featured modern decor and ample amenities. I appreciated the comfort of the large beds and the excellent shower. The buffet breakfast was a good surprise with various options. Pro tip, Keep windows closed to maintain air conditioning!

The giberti has great amenities, including a sauna and fitness center. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Our beautiful junior suite was large, quiet, and impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and spacious rooms!
I genuinely enjoyed my stay, particularly the spacious rooms with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings. The reception staff were really good. They not only provided extensive local insights but also arranged tickets for a performance at the Verona Arena. Breakfast was plentiful, with tasty options, though the selection could perhaps be expanded a bit.

The location was excellent.. not too far from the center of Verona but far enough for a quiet night. Good breakfast, clean rooms.
The room was too hot and the thermostat was useless. It did not adjust the room temperature. The staff could have been a bit more helpful in directing us to the sites.

room and bathroom are very spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. light, views, tranquility and soundproofing. Location. Great breakfast.
When we arrived, they told us that there was a couple very interested in staying one more day and that they did not have any more rooms available and to make them happy, they offered us to stay at the other hotel that the chain has which is located much further from the center. Obviously we refused the invitation because as we told them we did not book that hotel at the time, when we made the reservation in January, since in spite of costing 200 euros less the stay of 3 nights we did not choose it because it was very far from the center. I felt bad that they made us that supposed offer since they didn't even mention that this hotel is much cheaper in all the web pages, including theirs. They were perplexed by my response and even though it was 10 am and check-in was from 2 pm, they gave us the room right away.

Stylish hotel with spacious rooms and good underground parking for my EV. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, a lovely retreat after roaming about!
Someone must have confused cozy with a headstand, because the pillows were like bricks! And breakfast? Let's just say I'd rather dine on cardboard.

It's a little cold in the room, I think.

The location proved convenient, just a short walk from public transport. The breakfast showcased a solid variety including a juice bar and fresh pastries, satisfying different tastes, while the staff consistently offered warm and helpful service. The room felt cramped and lacked sufficient storage options. The mini bar was noisy and the shower presented unexpected issues during the night.
